These terms govern your purchase and use of RTL Hover ("the app"), a desktop application created by Dalit Heldenberg ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or purchasing the app, you agree to these terms.
RTL Hover is a downloadable desktop utility for macOS and Windows that displays mixed right-to-left text (Hebrew, Arabic, Persian, Urdu) correctly. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app.
The app offers a limited free trial (a set number of free uses) before a license is required. The trial is provided "as is" with no obligation to purchase.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.
If the app does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Reach us at dalit@welift.ai.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to circumvent the licensing of the app, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: RTL Hover runs entirely on your device and does not collect or transmit your personal data.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
